I don’t normally write reviews but for this product I absolutely had to. If I could give this waist trainer 10 stars I would. I am 5’8 and started with a 41 inch waist. I would use this waist trainer every workout and it did absolute wonders. In just TWO months my waist went from 41 inches down to 35 inches!! I continue to use it to this day during every workout. And for the ladies asking in the reviews, I originally ordered a large being 5’8 and 200 at the time :)

So I am always a little skeptical about these things but couldn't resist. I am so glad I bought it. it fits so comfortably, i can breath and bend. I feel supported throughout my torso. it is long enough to cover my mothers apron and I am just so happy I ordered this amazing waist trainer. I can adjust it to be slacker or tighter using the velcro straps. shipping was around 10days but so worth the wait. Thank you for providing such an amazing and very high quality product

This is made very well and size chart is accurate.. I ordered 2 which I am glad I did. I got a large and a medium.. I needed a large for about a day and then went into a medium... I wore the large for about 7 hours.... and kept tightening it throughout the time I wore it..

Thanks. I ordered on Black Friday and received my order a few days later,actually quicker than expected. The waist trainer looks identical to the photos. I select the perfect size.
